a great site that is fast becoming one of the best parks in the North East, its got to be the best park and potential we have ever seen. we viewed some caravans and lodges and will be back to buy in the summer, probably one of the second hand ones as they show best value for your money and on the front part of the park as its fully completed

DISGUSTING.BROKEN,SMELLY.
Been going to witton for 8 years now and shower block and toilets never changed and never improved
Such a shame as this is a good site but I won't be back again .
More toilets and much cleaner if camping on the MAG organised field

Pitch - good, some have electric, only 2 water points which can be a walk depending on where you pitch.

Activities - 3 good fly fishing lakes on grounds which are 5 minute walk from touring field, childrens playground, outdoor swimming pool which needs cleaning, several walks on site, bar which also serves food to eat in or take away.

Shop - needs improvements, doesn't stock very much, but some fresh food items don't look very fresh.

Toilet & Showers - very disappointing, disgusting, smelly, not clean at all, some toilet/ shower doors don't lock, some toilets didn't have seats, some cubicles not lit very well, only one peg on shower door to hang towel but can't hang clean clothes or anything else on peg, showers luke warm and only trickle, needs big improvements.

Staff - friendly and helpful

Overall the views and grounds were picturesque, the only thing that let the site down was the toilet and shower facilities for this reason alone we only stopped one night. I actually had to wear shoes in the shower due to the poor tiling and uncleanliness, some kids had damaged the toilets in the main toilet block. I have to say if you don't have nice facilities you won't attract nice people!
